Our factory has a dedicated laser dotting machine for producing light guide plates. We use brand-new PMMA and laser-engrave 3D dots on the PMMA surface. When light enters from the PMMA side edge, these 3D dots refract the light into surface illumination. The light is very uniform, with slightly higher center brightness than the edges, making the product lighting design more scientific. No mold is required, and any shape can be customized.
