May I use a custom font for my signs?
Yes, we accept custom fonts. Please send us your font documents in advance.
What logo file format works best?
We recommend vector files. Please ensure all fonts and graphics are outlined or converted to paths. Files like JPG and PNG are raster images with limited resolution. We can only give you an estimated price based on these files, not an exact quotation.
Can you match Pantone (PMS) colors?
Certainly. We offer professional Pantone color matching as requested.
Do you need photos of the wall or building for sign installation?
Yes. Photos help us learn about the surroundings and building style, so we can work out the most suitable installation plan.
Can I check the finished signs before shipping?
Sure. We’ll take photos of the completed items and send them to you. We won’t ship the order until you confirm everything is okay.
Is it possible to revise the order during production?
We generally don’t accept changes mid-production, as it will interfere with our workflow. If you have special needs, we can proceed with the new arrangement once you compensate for the losses incurred.
Why do you perform a 24-hour continuous lighting test?
This long-duration test helps detect potential defects in advance, so we can repair all issues before delivery.
