Laser Cutting

Hicen uses an imported fiber laser cutter to cut metal sheets like stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. Accuracy is ±0.1mm, with smooth, burr-free edges. The letters have straight lines and rounded corners.

You make sure every bend and weld fits perfectly, so whether it’s a simple letter or a complex logo, your design can be reproduced with precision. It’s the first step in sign making and the foundation of a high-quality finished product.

Spray Painting & Electroplating

Spray Painting & Electroplating ：We first remove oil and rust from letter shells, then apply automotive-grade paint and cure it in a high-temperature oven. Colors can be customized per Pantone codes. The finish stays vibrant for 3 to 5 years outdoors, resisting yellowing and fading with an even, fine texture.
Electroplating：We plate stainless steel with titanium gold, rose gold, black titanium and more. Available in mirror or brushed finishes for a premium look. Hard-wearing and corrosion-resistant, perfect for high-end store signs and indoor feature walls.

Bending & Welding

We bend metal sheets to 90° or custom angles with CNC benders, then use laser or argon welding for seamless joints. Welds are smooth, ideal for painting and plating.

We polish edges to remove burrs, keeping letters sturdy and waterproof for outdoor use. Our precise workmanship ensures long durability and neat appearance for all signs.

Acrylic Carving & Blister Forming

Acrylic Carving：We cut imported acrylic sheets with CNC routers. Custom fonts and patterns are available. The cut surfaces are smooth and clear, delivering even light transmission and anti-yellowing performance.
Acrylic Blister Forming：Acrylic sheets are heated and vacuum-formed with molds to create curved or raised 3D shapes. Widely used for light box letters, it ensures full, uniform lighting and a striking three-dimensional look.

Light Source Assembly & Waterproofing

We use high-brightness LED strips arranged evenly to deliver consistent brightness without dark spots. All soldered joints are fully insulated. Seams and wire outlets are sealed with waterproof glue for excellent outdoor water resistance. This extends LED lifespan and cuts maintenance work.
