Sign Manufacturing Process
We start by carefully selecting raw materials, including acrylic sheets, metal profiles, LED modules, and lighting parts to ensure stable quality. Then we use CNC cutting, laser engraving, bending, and welding machines to process the structure. After that, we do fine polishing and surface finishing to make sure every part is accurate and consistent.
For the lighting system, our engineers design LED layout and solder the wiring to ensure even lighting with no dark spots or shadows. We then assemble all parts together and apply waterproof, dustproof, and insulation treatment for long-term use.
Custom Letter Sign Manufacturing Process
We cut and bend metal into letter shells with CNC machines. We cut colored acrylic for front covers, then fit waterproof LED lights inside. We seal all gaps for water resistance and test every sign before packing.

Our factory handles full in-house assembly, strictly controlling joint seams and sealing quality, with each finished product individually inspected before shipment.
Finished products undergo a 48-hour power-on aging test with full inspection of brightness and waterproof performance; any unqualified units are strictly rejected before shipment.

Custom Light Box Manufacturing Process

LED light box signs free design by our in-house designers; drafts ready within 1 hour, and you may also provide your own design files.
All aluminum frames, LED components and backlit fabrics are sorted and prepped here before production.
Aluminum or acrylic profiles are precision cut to custom sizes per customer drawings before frame fabrication.

Our factory has a unique production process for custom neon lights. We adopt exclusive bending, sealing and light debugging procedures. Every neon light undergoes our one-of-a-kind aging test, ensuring stable light output, vivid colors and longer service life that stand out from ordinary products.
Cut acrylic/PVC backboard per drawing with laser machine.
Route grooves on board to fix neon tubes.
Bend flexible LED neon strip into required letter shapes.
Secure tubes into grooves and seal with waterproof glue.
Internal wiring, install matching certified power adapter.
Full power-on test to check brightness & circuit.
Wrap with bubble wrap then pack into thick cartons.
